Villager Motel & Glen Manor Estate Watkins Glen, Watkins Glen

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk to Watkins Glen State Park and Seneca Lake. The rooms were clean, but a bit outdated, and I found the lack of coffee makers and weak internet frustrating. While the staff was accommodating and the pool was warm, the limited outlets and old furnishings made for a less than ideal stay overall.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location was great, just a minute's walk to downtown, and the room was exceptionally clean. However, the motel itself is quite old, and I struggled with the stairs while lugging my suitcases. The breakfast options were extremely limited, which was disappointing.

Our stay at this motel was quite disappointing. While we appreciated the comfortable beds and the effort from the staff, the overall condition of the rooms and the limited amenities fell short of our expectations. The breakfast was inadequate, and first impressions were marred by cleanliness issues. It’s a shame because the location is decent, but the value for money was lacking, especially given the outdated facilities.

My stay was unfortunately far from enjoyable. The amenities left much to be desired, and the room was clearly outdated and poorly maintained. While the staff did their best and were friendly, the lack of basic comforts and poor breakfast options made this a disappointing experience overall.
